    We just got our order and you sent me plain chicken with no sauces. Sweet and sour chicken should have sweet and sour sauce not plain...where is my sauce????

    Ordered chicken lo'mein that was all pasta and rice. And to top it it tasted horrible. When called to complain they refused to talk. Horrible service! Will never order from them again.

    After 2 hours, I called and they said they didn't get the online order because the website was not working. When I wanted to place an order again over the phone, they tried to upcharge me for delivery to where I was, despite what the website quoted me. Terrible customer service. If your website isn't working, then it needs to be conveyed to your customers, and not leave us in the dark .
